How to deposit on ChilizX

ChilizX is a crypto to crypto exchange platform therefore it only supports crypto to crypto transactions. This means that you can only deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies on the platform. 

Note: Please make sure you’ve completed KYC before depositing into the exchange. In order to complete KYC; Please click here. 

Here is a step-by-step process to deposit on ChilizX. In this example; we will use USDT.

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here

2. Once logged in, navigate to your wallet page which can be found under ‘Balance’ in the top right corner, or simply click here.

3. Find the cryptocurrency that you wish to deposit, and press the ‘Deposit’ button. For this example, we will use $USDT.

4. We only support ERC20 & TRC20 Chain for USDT Deposit. Make sure you select the correct chain & then Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code provided.

• Please also make sure you only deposit $USDT on the USDT address, sending other currencies to this address may result in loss of funds.

5. In your USDT wallet, initiate a transfer to the address you just copied.

• Double-check that you have entered the correct deposit address and that you have sufficient funds in your wallet before confirming the transaction.

6. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain network.
7. Once the transaction is confirmed, your USDT will be credited to your ChilizX account & you can see the amount by selecting Balance then wallet.
