How to deposit $CHZ on ChilizX

ChilizX only supports crypto to crypto transactions. This means that you can only deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies on the platform. 

Note: Please make sure you’ve completed KYC before depositing into the exchange. In order to complete KYC; Please click here. 

$CHZ is available on both Ethereum and Chiliz Chain, in order to deposit $CHZ into your ChilizX account. Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here

2. Once logged in, navigate to your wallet page which can be found under ‘Balance’ in the top right corner, or simply click here.

     3. Select "$CHZ" from the list of available cryptocurrencies and press the “Deposit” Button

4. You can deposit CHZ on both Chiliz Chain & Ethereum. If you’re depositing CHZ issued on Ethereum Chain ERC20 Please select ERC20 deposit address and Vice Versa.  

• Please make sure you only deposit $CHZ on the $CHZ address, sending other currencies to this address may result in loss of funds.

     5. Go to your wallet, initiate a $CHZ transfer to the address you just copied.

     6.Double-check that you have entered the correct deposit address and that you have sufficient funds in your wallet before confirming the transaction.

     7. Once you have sent the deposit, you can track the confirmations in the history page by clicking the ‘Record’ button in the top right corner of the $CHZ deposit page, or click here.
