How to Withdraw from ChilizX

Note: Please make sure you’ve completed KYC before initiating the withdrawal. In order to complete KYC; Please click here. 

To complete withdrawal the first time; you also need to set an asset password and Bind either Phone or Google authenticator before initiating the transaction. 

Here is a step-by-step process to withdraw on ChilizX.  In this example; we will use USDT.

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here

2. Once logged in, navigate to your wallet page which can be found under ‘Balance’ in the top right corner, or simply click here.

3. Find the cryptocurrency that you wish to withdraw, and press the ‘Withdraw’ button. For this example, we will use $USDT.

4. Select the chain ERC 20 or TRC 20 & Paste the correct withdrawal address. Please note that it’s your responsibility to make sure that you withdraw on the correct address otherwise the token will be lost permanently.

5.  Once you have pressed Withdraw and entered your asset password and 2FA verification, you will be redirected to the withdrawal confirmation page which will let you know the status of the withdrawal. All withdrawals go through an automated withdrawal review process which can take a couple of minutes.

6. You can track and view historic withdrawals by clicking on the ‘Withdrawal Record’ button in the top right corner of the withdrawal page. Alternatively, you can click here, and click on the ‘Withdraw’ tab. On this page, you can also cancel the withdrawal request before it’s approved.
