How to Withdraw $CHZ from ChilizX

Note: Please make sure you’ve completed KYC before initiating the withdrawal. In order to complete KYC; Please click here. 

To complete withdrawal the first time; you also need to set an asset password and Bind either Phone or Google authenticator before initiating the transaction. 

Here is a step-by-step process to withdraw $CHZ from ChilizX. 

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here

2. Once logged in, navigate to your wallet page which can be found under ‘Balance’ in the top right corner, or simply click here.

3. Find the $CHZ and press the ‘Withdraw’ button. 

     4. You can Withdraw CHZ on both Chiliz Chain & Ethereum. If you’re Withdrawing CHZ on Chiliz Chain; Please make sure your withdrawal address/wallet support Chiliz Chain otherwise your token will be lost permanently and Chiliz team can’t help to recover the funds. 

      5. Once you have pressed Withdraw and entered your asset password and 2FA verification, you will be redirected to the withdrawal confirmation page which will let you know the status of the withdrawal. All withdrawals go through an automated withdrawal review process which can take a couple of minutes.

      6. You can track and view historic withdrawals by clicking on the ‘Withdrawal Record’ button in the top right corner of the withdrawal page. Alternatively, you can click here, and click on the ‘Withdraw’ tab. On this page, you can also cancel the withdrawal request before it’s approved.
