How to Withdraw Fan Tokens from ChilizX

Note: Fan Tokens are issued on the Chiliz Legacy Chain. Before making a withdrawal; Please make sure the withdrawal address or the platform where you’re withdrawing the fan token support tokens issued on Chiliz Legacy Chain otherwise your tokens will be lost permanently & ChilizX can’t recover it.

Here is a step-by-step process to withdraw $FanTokens from ChilizX. 

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here

2. Once logged in, navigate to your wallet page which can be found under ‘Balance’ in the top right corner, or simply click here.

3. Find the $Fan Token you want to withdraw and press the ‘Withdraw’ button. For Example, Here we will be $ACM.

4. Paste the correct withdrawal address. Please note that it’s your responsibility to make sure that you withdraw on the correct address & that address supports the Chiliz Legacy Chain otherwise the token will be lost permanently.

5. Once you have pressed Withdraw and entered your asset password and 2FA verification, you will be redirected to the withdrawal confirmation page which will let you know the status of the withdrawal. All withdrawals go through an automated withdrawal review process which can take a couple of minutes.

6. You can track and view historic withdrawals by clicking on the ‘Withdrawal Record’ button in the top right corner of the withdrawal page. Alternatively, you can click here, and click on the ‘Withdraw’ tab. On this page, you can also cancel the withdrawal request before it’s approved.
