How do I reset my 2FA / GA & how long will it take

In order to Bind your GA or Phone; Please follow these steps.

1. Log in to your ChilizX account by clicking here
2. Once you're logged in, click on your profile icon located on the top right corner of the page.
3. From the dropdown menu, select "User Center".
4. In the "User Center" page, click on the "Security" tab.
5. Under the Security Tab; you can find Google Authenticator & SMS Authenticator.
6. Click Unbound GA/PHONE Number & verify through the email verification.
7. Once you have verified, Your 2FA/GA will be unbound but you have to wait till 24 hours to perform any transaction.
8. After your 2FA/GA has been reset, you will need to set up 2FA/GA again by following the instructions provided on the "Security" page.
